Media Outreach

Get ready for the onslaught, world media!  Here comes our very first press release, announcing the launch of AME. It's copied below if you want to check our PR swagger.  ;)

.........

The next big thing in alternative energy is being launched by Designed Sustainability, an organization focused on making the world a better place. Better for the environment, better for society, better for the consumer, and even better for businesses.

The Atmospheric Molecular Engine (AME) is an engine that uses air as a fuel source and produces thrust and pressure naturally without consuming any fuel or creating any emissions, all while possessing the highest power-to-weight ratio of any existing technology.  Basically, it harnesses the natural energy possessed by air molecules like oxygen and nitrogen, redirecting that energy to create air pressure, which can then be used to create electricity and other types of power - and all without the need for direct sunlight.

With no moving parts, this innovative new product will revolutionize the way we think about energy.  It will also reshape the way we think about designing new products, the way we think about current technology, the way we think about the world around us.

AME technology will do away with our need to recharge laptop batteries, pay the power company for electricity, even fill up our cars with gas.  Simply put, AME will resolve the global energy crisis.

Designed Sustainability’s goal in the invention of AME and other groundbreaking projects to be released in the near future is straightforward: Sustainability is the key.  Products that actually make a difference through either providing a needed solution, or fixing an existing solution to make it more efficient, cheaper, or less wasteful.

The only thing holding companies back today is their perception of what profitability means. Designed Sustainability believes that companies large and small hold the key to solving the world’s biggest problems: AIDS, world hunger, clean drinking water, education, etc., that we should want to build a culture that cares about the world - not just locally, but globally.
